Who We Are
The Lee-Bardwell Public Library system is located at 312 W. Pacific, Gladewater, TX. The Lee-Bardwell Public Library provides library use services to all residents living specifically within the Gladewater city and Gregg and Upshur County boundaries and others in the State of Texas with a library card. Services such as printing services are available for a fee.
The library system holds over 42,000 materials including over 38,000 books and 4,000 movies and books on compact disks.
In total, over 8,200 items were checked out of the system during fiscal year 2023-2024! In addition to these items, thousands of people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s fiber-optic connection, enjoy state-of-the-art Wi-fi service, view a Library exhibit, or attend one of the Library’s many events.
